Apocalypse Manufacturing Stars In New TV ShowYou’ve come to know and love Apocalypse Manufacturing for its extreme Jeep and truck builds, but now the shop is really in the limelight. Discovery Channel has been following the Apocalypse team around with a camera crew to capture footage for its newest series, Truck Dynasty.

Apocalypse Manufacturing owner Joe Ghattas and his wife Ashley have built an empire, attracting a who line of celebrities who love their trucks. In the show, Shaq and Guy Fieri make appearances, adding some real star power to the show.
Image via Apocalypse ManufacturingExtreme is the name of the game with Apocalypse. For example, Fieri orders what’s called the Hellfire, a Jeep with a pull-out mobile kitchen so he can drive to somewhere remote and have the full setup.
The new show gives a peek into the behind-the-scenes action of the rising automotive brand out of Florida. Like we covered, Apocalypse just opened yet another dealership and soon could be expanding with locations outside the Sunshine State.
To encourage those who have seen previous builds to tune in, Truck Dynasty will be highlighting some truly wild custom designs from Apocalypse. For example, one is a “Boat Truck” that’s an amphibious Jeep which can go on the highway and the open water.
Image via Apocalypse ManufacturingAnother is a high-water emergency response truck which can traverse downed palm trees, allowing Florida fire departments to respond to calls after a big storm. Watching them come up with designs, then start to figure out how to build the different machines should be a lot of fun.
Truck Dynasty is set to premier on the Discovery Channel on Tuesday, August 12 at 9 pm ET/PT.
