A huge actress from the 1980s and 1990s was spotted out and about in Los Angeles on July 2.
Bridget Fonda, of the Hollywood Fonda family, was photographed running errands in Los Angeles on Wednesday, July 2, looking noticeably slimmer than she has in recent years and embracing her gray hair, as many women have been since the pandemic shut down salons for so long.

Fonda, whose father was acting legend Peter Fonda, burst onto the scene in the 1980s in romantic comedies You Can't Hurry Love and Shag before really making her mark in Scandal, the 1989 film starring Sir Ian McKellen, John Hurt and Joanne Whalley that was based on the true story of the British Minister of War having an affair with an exotic dancer. Fonda received her first Golden Globe nomination for the role of Mandy Rice-Davies, the showgirl who became involved with Secretary of State for War John Profumo (McKellen), when Fonda was just 25 years old.

Fonda, 61, went on to star in The Godfather Part III, Doc Hollywood, Single White Female, Singles, Army of Darkness, It Could Happen to You, Jackie Brown, A Simple Plan, Lake Placid and After Amy, for which she earned her second Golden Globe nomination in 2002.

In 2023, Fonda told the Daily Mail that she was content to be out of the spotlight. When the outlet asked if she wanted to return to Hollywood, she replied, "I don't think so, it's too nice being a civilian."
