Claire Cottrill, better known as Clairo, shocked fans by announcing that her old band, Shelly, is officially reuniting and dropping something new at midnight. The "Sexy to Someone" singer shared the news on her official X account, while the band's official Instagram and two members of the band announced the news on Monday morning.

Shelly, which was formed in 2020, consists of Clairo, Claud Mintz, Noa Frances Getzug and Josh Mehling. The group disbanded in 2021 after releasing two songs, "Steeeam" and "Natural."
