What's better than staying at a luxury resort to celebrate America’s birthday? Booking a luxury resort room for just $17.76. Yes, you read that correctly: a luxury resort stay for just under $20.
At least two dozen Benchmark resorts and hotels will have a select number of rooms available at the ultra-reduced rate in honor of America's birthday, July 4, 1776.
“Benchmark is celebrating the freedom our independent resorts and hotels have to create authentic experiences travelers crave,” Evan Crawford, Vice President of Marketing for Benchmark Resorts & Hotels said.

Independent Hotels, which are managed by the same hospitality company as Benchmark, are also running sales that include rooms at a reduced rate of $177.60, which is still much cheaper than the typical rate for Independent Hotels. The Independent's options range from beachfront Florida hotels to mountain resorts in Park City, Utah.

July 4th hotel deals in Florida: Book a waterfront resort stay at a discount
Some of the Florida Benchmark resorts offering Fourth of July discounts are located in Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, Vero Beach, Gainesville and Wesley Chapel. Visit the Benchmark website to see the full list of resorts included in the deal.
Once a specific property is selected, you’ll be able to see a calendar with dates and rates. No rate code is needed to book. The discounted rates will only show if they are still available.
Each participating property averages at least two nights at the $17.76 rate, but some resorts have up to 50 nights available at the discounted rate. The rates do not include taxes.
