Here's How Much Experts Say 'Jurassic World Rebirth' Will Make at the Box Office

The summer 2025 blockbuster season is upon us. After the warm-ups of Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning, F1: The Movie,and Thunderbolts*, things are about to truly kick off as Jurassic World Rebirthhits theatres in the middle of the week.
This is the seventh Jurassic Worldfilm overall. Rebirthis already receivingmixed reviews from critics who have seen it early. But, when you look at the average Jurassic film's critical reception, a 50/50 chance of it being good isn't so bad. But, how much money will it make?
According toprojections from Deadline, Jurassic World Rebirthcould have a massive Fourth of July opening weekend, and, because it's opening in various global markets, could net around $260 million. If that happens, it could get close to being the best opening weekend of any movie this year. As of now, A Minecraft Movieholds that spot, when it made $313.2 million on its opening weekend on April 4.

Other than F1: The Movie, Scarlett Johansson's Jurassic World Rebirthhas little competition over the long holiday. However, all of that changes next week, when Supermanhits theatersfor early screenings on July 8 and all theaters on July 12.

From a pure entertainment level, all of these movies offer something great for moviegoers. But, which one will end up on top will be a question we can only answer by the end of the summer.
