Europe’s fintech darling Revolut is looking to raise a new funding round that would give it a $65 billion valuation, the Financial Times reports.

The U.K.-based company is reportedly in talks to raise around $1 billion by issuing new shares and selling existing ones. The U.S.-based firm Greenoaks is said to be leading the round, though the deal has not been finalized, and terms could change.

TechCrunch reported in April that the company saw a 72% increase in revenue last year, netting $1 billion in profit. The company also saw a spike in users, having more than 50 million customers (it received its banking licenses to operate in the U.K. last year and now serves over 30 countries).

Revolut was last valued at $45 billion in 2024 after selling shares on the secondary market and subsequently became one of the most valuable tech companies in Europe.

Revolut declined to comment.
