Ozzy Osbourne is releasing a memoir, Last Rites, and announced his new project days after he performed his last concert with his Black Sabbath bandmates.
The legendary rocker, 76, shared the exciting news on Thursday, July 10, while launching the presale link to fans. Last Rites, which marks Ozzy’s second memoir following his 2010 publication, I Am Ozzy, will reflect on the musician’s trailblazing career, family struggles, and share personal insights from the historic "Back to the Beginning" concert. Additionally, Ozzy will give readers a front-row seat to his interactions and relationships with Slash and late artists Bon Scott, John Bonham, Keith Moon, and Motörhead’s Lemmy Kilmister.

I’m like, f--k nom,” an excerpt from the upcoming memoir reads. “If I’d been clean and sober, I wouldn’t be Ozzy. If I’d done normal, sensible things, I wouldn’t be Ozzy.”

The “Paranoid” artist continued, “Look, if it ends tomorrow, I can’t complain. I’ve been all around the world. Seen a lot of things. I’ve done good … and I’ve done bad. But right now, I’m not ready to go anywhere.”
Last Rites retails for $30 and is available to purchase presale before the October 7 release date.
The announcement for the upcoming book says, “Last Rites is the shocking, bitterly hilarious, never-before-told story of Osbourne’s descent into hell.” On a more positive note, Ozzy will reflect on how he “reunited with his Black Sabbath bandmates for the final time and raised millions for charity.”

"It's such an honor that Ozzy and his team chose to partner with us — especially as an independently run brand from his home city,” CEO of Jolie Beauty, Jolie Cashmore, said in a press release on July 2. “This collaboration is a testament to Ozzy's impact on the gothic and alternative communities, and a celebration of his legendary influence on music, fashion, and creativity."
