And Lively, 37, looked as proud as ever as she recorded footage of her husband during the event with her iPhone, smiling and looking on as he received his medal.
"It was a great day, and he's immensely proud of the honor," a source tells PEOPLE of Reynolds. "His family was there to support him, and he’s always considered Canada a third parent!"
