CNN reports that the jury asked for several transcription selections including Cassie Ventura’s testimony regarding the InterContinental incident; her testimony concerning the events at Cannes and those that immediately followed; testimony, if any, regarding interactions / “Freak Offs” with Daniel Phillip; and Phillip’s testimony regarding the Essex Hotel incident with Ventura.

Transcripts were being reviewed to identify excerpts that respond to and meet with the jury’s request.

In the transcripts, Ventura gave testimony about the InterContinental Hotel incident when Combs was allegedly caught on security camera attacking her, ABC7 reported. The jury also asked for her testimony about a trip she took with Combs to the Cannes Film Festival.

Ventura testified that on the flight home from Cannes, Combs showed her videos of her having sex during "freak offs." Ventura told the jury she thought, "He was going to embarrass me and release them."

Reports show that the jury also asked for transcripts involving Phillip, an escort who testified as a witness during the trial. A portion of Venture’s testimony contained Daniel Phillip as a witness to Venture’s “freak offs.”

The jury specifically asked for Dan Phillip's testimony regarding a "freak off "at the Essex Hotel in New York in which Phillip testified he saw Ventura "slumped over."
