Hailey Bieber’s dad Stephen Baldwin was all smiles and looking happy in a rare appearance out and about in Los Angeles on July 6.

The actor, 59, was photographed with a grin on his face while holding an iced drink and his phone during the sunny LA afternoon yesterday. He donned a green t-shirt and a black hat with sunglasses, and was also spotted holding a Lululemon tote bag while taking a phone call.

This outing marks Baldwin’s first public appearance in quite some time. The youngest Baldwin brother — with Alec Baldwin being the oldest at 67 and Daniel and William Baldwin in the middle at 64 and 62 respectively — last stepped out onto the red carpet for the 2024 Fox Winter Press Day back in November 2024, and before that, the The Usual Suspects star was photographed at a People Magazine party in September 2024.
