Thyssenkrupp Steering, LTTS to establish automotive software hub in India

Thyssenkrupp Steering and L&T Technology Services (LTTS), have announced a strategic collaboration to set up a software development centre in Pune, in the Indian state of Maharashtra, aiming to bolster the development of automotive software solutions.
The centre will leverage expertise of LTTS, an engineering and technology services company, in the Mobility segment, to focus on safety-critical software development for advanced steering technologies.
This move is expected to support the engineering expansions of Thyssenkrupp.
The Pune centre, which is set to be managed by LTTS on behalf of Thyssenkrupp Steering, will function as a hub for software development, inclusive of embedded systems, cybersecurity, and functional safety, addressing the increasing demand for intelligent and connected vehicle technologies.
