Range Rover Sport now has access to Bentley-like level of customization
What’s better than a Range Rover Sport? How about a bespoke version of the luxury SUV with a specification you’re almost guaranteed not to see anywhere else? That’s the goal for Land Rover with the launch of its SV Bespoke service, which is now available for the Range Rover Sport for the first time.
The commissioning service allows for a level of customization that Bentley and Rolls-Royce customers are used to. To showcase what’s possible, the British marque has unveiled the ‘Nocturne’, which is the first Range Rover Sport SV Bespoke model.

This special Range Rover Sport draws inspiration from the dark tones of the sky as it nears dusk. Its Indigo Gloss paint has been specially polished by the SV Bespoke team to create a mirror-like finish. Narvik Black—the same dark hue applied to the menacing Range Rover SV Black—has been applied to Nocturne’s contrast roof and mirror caps.
The hood has an exposed carbon fiber finish, and a Satin Twill carbon fiber exterior pack has been applied. Script badging in black chrome metal complements these touches, while the exclusive SUV rides on 23-inch Thunderball wheels with a Champagne Gold Satin finish that looks gorgeous against the Indigo Gloss paint. Behind those wheels are dark Black Carbon brake calipers.

Moving inside, the soft Windsor leather interior has an Ebony and Lunar color scheme, contrasted by Light Cloud stitching. Ceramic controls and Satin Forged carbon fiber details complete the high-quality appearance.
This one-of-one SV Bespoke masterpiece will be previewed at Range Rover House Mykonos prior to a private sale, but it’s only a glimpse into what’s possible with the SV Bespoke program.

Near-Unlimited Scope For Personalization
Customers with the wherewithal to indulge in the SV Bespoke service can truly go to town with the options on offer. There are up to 230 exterior colors alone, and these can be had in gloss, satin, or matte finishes. The ‘match-to-sample’ paint service is also available, and we’re sure this will cost as much as some cheap new cars. Eight combinations of the Range Rover Script are available, too.
The glass-like finish for SV-branded Range Rovers and Range Rover Sports has a thick top-coat lacquer, along with special flatting and polishing to give it a uniquely shimmering finish.
“Since we introduced SV Bespoke for Range Rover, we have seen a surge in demand for our personalization service; our clients are increasingly looking for crafted details and true distinction,” said Martin Limpert, Global Managing Director, Range Rover. “In the last year, we have created some incredible one‑of‑one vehicles which showcase the best of Range Rover craft, such as the Range Rover SV Candeo. Now is the right time to extend this offer to Range Rover Sport clients, following the introduction of our renewed Range Rover Sport SV line‑up.”
Interiors Can Also Be Fully Customized
Inside, SV Bespoke customers can choose from over 100 contrast stitching types, unique colorway break-ups, and 15 different materials. From personalized treadplates to unique embroideries, veneers, and consoles, there are over 1,500 combinations available.
New colors are Brogue, Navy, Ecru, Raven Blue, Lunar, and Pimento, all adding to the already upscale look of the Range Rover’s standard interior.
But the finished product is not the only exciting part of the process. SV Bespoke customers can also create their perfect vehicle in person at one of several Range Rover Houses, which host special Commissioning Suites. The brand already has two such suites in London and one in Antwerp, and plans to expand with new ones in North America and across the Middle East.
Customers not close to a suite still have the option to configure their vehicles virtually.
With Jaguar’s impending move into the ultra-luxury segment and this new scope for personalization at Range Rover, it seems Jaguar Land Rover as a whole is doing all it can to poach customers from the likes of Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and Maybach.
