This seems like a strange oversight, especially when one considers the popularity of EA's soccer franchise.
While it's now known as EA Sports FC, EA's soccer game franchise used to carry the FIFA license. EA's FIFA games have been wildly popular for decades, and so it came as a shock when the decision was made not to renew. EA has still found success even without the FIFA branding, but now the first game in the EA Sports FC series has been delisted.

The fact that it has been delisted already is certainly not a good sign, and so soccer fans may want to migrate to EA Sports FC 25 if they haven't already.
Of course, EA Sports FC 25 is about to become outdated sooner rather than later. Barring a dramatic change in plans, a new EA Sports FC game is going to drop on September 26. Once that happens, the clock will start ticking on EA Sports FC 25, counting down to the day that the game follows in EA Sports FC 24's footsteps in being delisted and eventually shut down.
