In terms of companions' possible functionalities during matches, Loolo clarified in another post that rumors of pets reviving players weren't true. If the leak is reliable, the rumored companions are already more interactive than Fortnite's Grogu Back Bling.
When Will Fortnite Release Its Rumored Companions?
